Refund Policy

Effective Date: 14th April 2025

At CREmoxie, our services are highly customized and time-intensive. Because of this, we have a clearly defined refund policy that applies to all valuation and appeal services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Refunds

‍All Property Valuation Reports and Full-Service Packages provided by CREmoxie are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, cancellation, or an unsuccessful appeal.
  
• Once your order is confirmed, we begin allocating resources immediately to fulfill the service.
  

2. Cancellations

Before Research Begins:

‍ If you cancel before we begin the property research and valuation process, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less a $75 administrative fee.

After Research Begins:

No refunds will be issued once we start research, data collection, or preparation of your report.

3. Government Appeal Services

‍Our Full-Service Package includes the preparation and filing of appeals to challenge government-issued property valuations in the Denver Metro Area. While we are committed to achieving the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee a successful appeal. No refunds are provided based on the outcome of the appeal.

4. Corrective Services

If you identify an error in your report or appeal documentation, we will review and, if necessary, provide corrections at no additional cost. This correction does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Exceptions

‍Refunds may only be issued where required by Colorado state law—for example, in cases involving a breach of contract or failure to perform services as agreed.

6. Policy Disclosure

‍This refund policy is presented before purchase and made available on our website. Please be aware that county-specific appeal deadlines are strictly enforced and outside of our control.
